Working out alone isn’t for everyone. This is especially true if you are new to fitness and don’t have much knowledge and experience with gyms. Joining Jeraldine Fitness BootyCamp classes is a great way to jump-start your fitness journey in a fun and exciting way! Our BootyCamp classes are high-intensity, circuit style workouts that are designed to build overall body strength and stamina, but are tailored specifically to a women’s body. We put extra emphasis on the exercises that will help you build and tone the muscles in the glutes and legs to help you accentuate your natural curves and build a strong feminine body.

  • Our BootyCamp classes are only 60 minutes long. But that is not to say our classes are easy. In just 60 minutes we will perform many different exercises and do hundreds of repetitions. We will be pushing our bodies to the limit!


  • One of the best things about our BootyCamp classes is the strong community of women working together for the same goal. We encourage each other, we push each other, and we cheer for each other every step of the way. At Jeraldine Fitness BootyCamp, you are not going to just be a member. You are going to be a part of a family!


  • Our classes will never feel boring. We strive to continuously vary our workouts and exercises in such a way that our body does not become used to the physical demand we place on it. By doing so, our bodies are continuously forced to adapt to the new challenges.


  • As mentioned before, group training can be a perfect introduction to fitness and resistance training. At Jeraldine Fitness BootyCamp, we make sure that you learn proper technique and form on all of your movements. Injury prevention is key when it comes to fitness. Don’t know how to squat? Don’t worry! we’ll fix that! Afraid you cannot perform some of the exercises? Don’t worry! We will scale exercises down based on personal ability and slowly work our way up until you are able to do anything we ask you to.


  • At Jeraldine Fitness BootyCamp, we challenge our bodies athletic abilities and work on becoming stronger, faster, more agile, and more flexible. Looking good is just a result of our increased physical fitness.
